I am a Research Fellow on the INFUSION project at LSHTM. I have worked extensively at the grassroots level for more than eight years on various national level clinical and implementation research projects of anemia, micronutrient deficiencies, malnutrition among women and children, and HIV/AIDS. I have previously worked as a policy maker at NITI Aayog, premier policy think tank of Government of India to improve the nutrition and health outcomes in the Indian population by developing new strategies and providing technical support to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Ministry of Women and Child Development in program implementation.
I aspire to continue my efforts in the field of implementation research, focusing on crafting strategies to tackle India’s complex health and nutrition challenges.

Research
My research interests focus on implementation research projects aimed at addressing critical public health issues such as anemia, malnutrition among women and children, and HIV/AIDS. I am particularly interested in developing and evaluating interventions that can be effectively integrated into healthcare systems to improve nutritional and health outcomes in these populations.
My goal is to contribute to evidence-based practices that can be scaled up and adapted in various settings, ultimately aiming to reduce the burden of these health issues and improve quality of life for affected individuals.
