Teaching

As the Module Organiser for the CTM202 Trial Design module within the Clinical Trials by Distance Learning programme at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Edward coordinates the teaching and learning of essential clinical trial methodologies, including non-inferiority, crossover, adaptive, cluster, and factorial designs, among others.

Research

Edward's research is centred on developing and refining exercise-based interventions aimed at enhancing the overall health and well-being of individuals with non-communicable diseases, particularly cancer. His work seeks to identify how excerise intervention, physical activity and behavioural change interventions can be used as a therapeutic tool to improve physical functional outcomes such as aerobic capcity, muscular strength and endurance, neuromuscular proprioception and flexibility, and quality of life.
