I have a BSc and MSC in Public Health. I have worked in rural China, Hong Kong, and the UK, on disaster preparedness research and training. In rural China, I worked in high natural disaster risk communities, delivering disaster preparedness and other public health awareness raising interventions. In the UK, I worked in the then Public Health England on global disaster risk reduction research. In Hong Kong, I worked mainly in training emergency professionals in disaster preparedness. My interests are disaster resilience building in communities and emergency medical teams capacity building.
