Karen is a Dietitian, who holds a BSc in Human Nutrition and a MSc in Nutritional Medicine. She is a PhD Student at LSHTM, with funding awarded by the School of Public Health Research (SPHR) from the National Institute for Health and Care Research(NIHR). Her research focuses on investigating the Ultra-processed food consumption in England.
