Halls of residence
Unfortunately, the University of London does not accept applications from part-time students to their Intercollegiate Halls of Residence.
Private halls will usually only accept applications from students if they are exempt from council tax (see below for more information).
Private accommodation
This is probably your main option of accommodation. You should make sure that you think about your budget and how you are going to cover the rent as London living costs can quickly escalate.

Council tax
Part-time students are liable for paying council tax, but may be eligible for a discount if they live alone or with only full-time students.
You may also be eligible to apply for Council Tax Reduction if you are on a low income or claim benefits.
Travel
Part-time students do not usually qualify for student travel discounts.
