Accommodation

We provide accommodation for all displaced visitors, MPhil/ PhD and post-doctoral fellows. Upon recruitment or visit, we will find suitable accommodation either within the Unit or outside in self-catering apartments or hotels.

Recreational facilities

The mental and physical wellbeing of our staff is one of our main priorities. Upon recruitment, everyone goes through an induction process from security, health and safety and IT to communications and the credit and workers unions. These inductions are to ensure individuals feel safe and secure in their working environment. 

The Unit has a football field and a volleyball/basketball court.

Additionally, we have built relationship with several hotels, restaurants and tour operators that staff can take advantage of.
