Attendees will also be introduced to the Gender Violence and Health Centre, exploring its mission, research focus, and contributions to the field. The session will conclude with a thought-provoking discussion on decolonising the study and practice of violence against women and girls, examining the legacy of colonialism on the field and exploring potential strategies for decolonising the field.
