Educational/professional background

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated medical statistician with experience in conducting and analysing both interventional and observational studies. I studied my bachelor's degree in economics & statistics at University of Zambia in 2018. Later, I went to study for MSc Medical Statistics at London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine in 2019. My interests include supervising students in research, data analysis, assignment writing and private tutoring in mathematics and statistics.

What I enjoyed most about studying at LSHTM

During my studies at LSHTM I enjoyed class group discussions, practical sessions supervised by tutors and studying in the library. I also enjoyed attending school departmental meetings as a course representative, this made me feel part of the school.

Since graduating I have been...

Upon completion of my MSc I joined Zambart an organisation based in Zambia where I worked as a statistician working mainly on Tuberculosis research from 2019 to 2022. In early 2023, I joined the Diabetes Trials Unit based at the University of Oxford where I am currently doing research in Diabetes.
