Educational/Professional Background

I hold a MSc Control of Infectious Diseases from LSHTM and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter. Prior to completing my MSc, I worked in healthcare management in the NHS.

What I enjoyed most about studying my programme/at LSHTM

As a world-renowned research hub and a leader in public and global health, studying at LSHTM was an exciting opportunity to learn from researchers who are experts within their field and from my fellow peers!  The MSc Control of Infectious Diseases was a unique, multi-disciplinary course that offered a wide breadth of learning opportunities, allowing you to tailor the course to suit your interests whilst equipping you with the skills to pursue a career in infectious disease control.

What I have been doing since graduating

I currently work as a Research Assistant in the Environmental Health Group, working in collaboration with global partners on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) related research.
