Educational/professional background

I am a nurse, and have worked with MSF (Doctors without Borders) for the last four years. I have nursed in many different countries around the world. I was always passionate about infectious diseases and want to further my knowledge. I would like my voice to be heard in a professional arena. I am now studying in the Infectious Diseases by Distance Learning programme.

Research interests or career goals

Once I have finished, I would like to work for another NGO, maybe one day WHO or MSF again in a different role. 

Why I chose LSHTM/my programme

I chose LSHTM because of the cutting-edge research, the level of education, and the calibre of professionals that this school produces, all of this was really what attracted me to becoming a student.
