Contact Ross KaszubaEducational/professional background
I am a medical student at Leicester Medical School in the UK, intercalating into MSc Public Health between 4th and 5th year.
Research interests or career goals
I am primarily interested in health economics, health systems, and the complexity of public health problems. As a British-Ukrainian, I am also very interested in research and action to support and develop the Ukrainian Health System, as well as the Ukrainian diaspora currently living in other countries.
Why I chose LSHTM/my programme
I chose LSHTM due to advice from friends and colleagues who couldn’t stop recommending it, as well as the opportunity to study alongside such a wide range of students. The ability to both specialise in an area of interest, as well as keep a broad base of knowledge in public health were special to this course. The atmosphere at LSHTM is truly unique, and the opportunity to study in the centre of London and experience the city was too good to pass up!
