CGCC Student Liaison Officer
I am currently completing my MSc in the Control of Infectious Diseases at LSHTM. My background is in social sciences, public health, and public policy. In 2023, I completed a BA in Global Health and Social Medicine at King’s College London. I completed a dissertation on “Examining COVAX’s Weaknesses in Providing Equitable Access to Vaccines: Perspectives of the Global South”. My interdisciplinary background has developed my passion for chronic communicable diseases such as HIV/AIDS, TB, and COVID-19. I am interested in epidemiology, mixed-method primary data collection, health promotion, and health equity for vulnerable populations in lower- and middle-income countries.
I look forward to collaborating with the centre’s other SLOs to create events and promote education, research, and innovation.
