Saffiatour Darboe

Saffiatour Darboe is a research microbiologist with over two decades of experience in both clinical diagnostic and research laboratories at the Medical Research Council Unit The Gambia at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (MRCG@LSHTM). She’s currently undertaking a PhD on antimicrobial resistance surveillance in febrile illness and promoting antimicrobial stewardship at the LSHTM part time and has published widely in reputable journals. She’s the current AMR Centre PhD student representative for the LSHTM.
