The Applied Genomics Centre Launch
The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine proudly invites you to the launch of its 13th Centre.
The Applied Genomics Centre will share knowledge and provide analytical and technical support to fulfil the School’s potential as a global leader in genomics and public health. The Centre will assist researchers in adding a genomics approach to their grant applications, increase links to genomics centres in the UK and abroad, facilitate data generation strategies, offer support for large-scale analysis of genomic data and coordinate materials to allow genomic epidemiology teaching at LSHTM.
School Centres exist to facilitate multi-disciplinary interactions that draw on expertise from across the School and support the School’s mission and strategy through collaborative approaches, innovate thinking and by providing an intellectual environment that encourages innovation in methodology, tools, technology, policy and practice to help meet global health challenges.
