The Disability Evidence Portal (DEP): Portal access workshop
DEP is the go-to resource if you are a policy maker, researcher, disability advocate, or a member of an OPD working in a LMIC. Learn how to navigate the DEP and hear from contributors and users who are using it now, to help inform where disability-inclusive development has worked, and the challenges faced in doing so.
Speakers
- Enock Musungwini is a public health and policy specialist, health management consultant and development practitioner with more than 20 years working experience covering broad public health, disability, health systems strengthening, VMMC, sexual and reproductive health, family planning, health insurance and health regulation and compliancy. He holds an MSc Public Health degree from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), UK, Masters in Business Administration, BSc Hons Psychology, Diploma in Nursing Science and Postgraduate Certificate in Health Management and Leadership.
- Renato Antonio Constantino is a lawyer and Master in Human Rights from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). LLM in International Legal Studies from American University - Washington College of Law. He is professor at the PUCP Law Academic Department. Member of the Interdisciplinary Research Group on Disability of the PUCP (GRIDIS).
- Onaiza Qureshi is a public mental health researcher based in Pakistan and has been the Knowledge Exchange Officer for ICED’s Disability Evidence Portal since 2019. Prior to this, she supported the Mental Health Innovation Network (MHIN), coordinating the multiple functions and advocacy of the Network. She has a MSc in Global Mental Health and also works as Senior Manager at Interactive Research and Development on multiple projects exploring treatment pathways and interventions to improve community and facility-based care for people with psychosis in Pakistan.
