This session will explore recent research untangling the different factors driving epidemic transmission, from behaviour to immunity, and the consequences for forecasting future patterns and understanding implications for control. It will draw on a range of examples of real-time analysis at LSHTM, from dengue and Zika to Ebola and COVID-19.
