Wherever we work in the world, the safety and wellbeing of the communities that we work with is paramount, as is the safety and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers and partners. Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and we actively encourage an open and transparent culture that enables open discussion, supported by robust policies which we monitor the effectiveness of on a regular basis.
LSHTM has a designated safeguarding officer who is the first point of contact for safeguarding enquiries and ensures that we are up to date, follow best practice and that we have a culture of openness.
If you have any concerns, please contact Jocelyn Prudence, Interim Secretary to Council.
