Office for Students
The Office for Students has a Student Space online resource for supporting student mental health and well-being.
SHOUT
Shout is the UK’s first 24-hour text support line – you can text ‘Shout’ to 85258.
The Mix
The Mix is an up-to-date website for searching for local services, including mental health support. Primarily for under 25s, it is a useful way for anyone to find services near them.
